How We Build
An Estate Plan is more than your Will.
Our firm builds Estate Plans. We believe that requires a careful analysis of your assets, your goals, the tax implications of those goals, and a review of how your aging process may affect those goals. Critically, we focus on ensuring that your family is able to carry out those goals when you die. While this involves carefully drafting documents, our process involves multiple phases to build the client-specific bridge to the next generation.
This process has proven time and time again to create certainty with respect to client goals while also ensuring simplification of the estate administration and probate process. We start with the critical question: can this plan be effectively carried out by the next generation?
Process is a key component of success.
With our firm’s combined 40+ years of estate planning experience, we have arrived at a plan for client success that allows our clients to build an estate plan that is customized to their family’s needs and ensures timely completion so they can move forward. We adopt a “project management” mindset that begins the process with the end in mind. Here is how we do it:

This timeline is flexible to all clients, sometimes taking longer than the timelines above. However, we help clients stay on track with completing their estate plans by setting benchmarks for completion throughout the process.
